Hello there Green Thinking loves! I just wanted to post a quick reminder that Earth Hour is this Saturday night from 8:30-9:30pm. It’s the time to turn off your lights and join millions of other people around the world as we save some energy.
If you’re spending the night at home, light some candles and take the opportunity to rest and relax. You could even order-in some food around 8:00 and eat it in the dark, romantic style. Feeling the need for a party? Invite friends over for an under-the-stars party in your backyard.
If you have other plans for Saturday night, just make sure to unplug everything before you leave so your house or apartment is doing its part while you’re away.
Whatever you do, bring a camera along and take some pictures. If you email them to us, we’ll post them on our blog! You can also upload them to Earth Hour’s flickr group.
UPDATE: Edward Norton will be on Larry King Live on March 25th at 9pm (tomorrow) to talk about Earth Hour.
