My Mom told me about this new website, GoodGuide.com. It rates green, natural, and healthy products on a 0-10 scale (0 is the worst and 10 is the best). You can learn more about the rating system here.

I’m happy to find out about this website, because it can be hard to make informed decisions on green products when there are so many options and a slew of confusing labels.

Good Guide rates all kinds of products including personal care, household chemicals, toys, and food. For the food items, I’m going to compare it with another nutritional scoring system that I’m a big fan of, NuVal™.

Let us know what you think of Good Guide. I can’t wait to check into some of the personal care items so I can find the best makeup,  skin care, and hair products to try out.

The key to enjoying vibrant youthful health and slowing down the aging process is to initiate a program that will repair or at least slow down the damage being done to your cells! By improving the health of your cells before they replicate you will ensure that your new replacement cells start off life a little bit healthier.

You need to make sure that you moisturize your skin so that your chances for wrinkles are lower at a young age. As we get older you will definitely get wrinkles. The only thing that we can do is to try and slow down the process and minimize the damage.
